The shading and colors are great, as well as the body proportion.

I would say there is a bit of too much blurring on some lines to try to denote some of the contour, especially in the breasts. Unless you are going with the 50's straight across fine line detail...great, but this seems to try to be a smoother fabric.

Instead, less detail between the dark and lite. Kind of vector the area and then blur the shadow area to eliminate this. Truthfully, I would not want this to occur unless I was going for more a vintage 50s/ 60s bra line.

The hand is too box-x, and a tad too big. Proportionalize it more to coordinate with the arm and body, and round the outside of the palm. I know you have a slighty pointy chin. on the character, but that should be a little more rounded unless the character is suppose to be darker. Traditional anime type drawings denote darker characters/ antagonists with either a pointy chin, or a longer and pointy chin.

I am not sure about the fluff area, but it should be more along the line of the below-the-navel area, rather than acrosss. Looks a bit awkward.

Also, the right arm ( according to the character's perspective) is awkward - missing an elbow as according to how you drew some of it. At least a bit of the elbow should be showing.

Other than that... very cute.
